Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee daily store activities, coach team members, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all touchpoints.

As a trusted leader, you will drive performance against KPIs, manage budgets, and foster a culture of operational excellence built on years of experience in collision repair.

Formación

• Leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent client experience.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Ability to coach and manage team performance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all accounts payable and receivable relating to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for all staff as necessary.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and health & safety meetings.
