Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the daily operations of the Collision Center and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and align operations with company policies and insurance metrics.

The role emphasizes leadership by example, maintaining high professional standards, and driving performance across the team to achieve WOW outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong budget management and KPI tracking abilities.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Collision Center to meet KPI and insurance metrics.
• Coach and empower team members to perform at their best.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly/annual operating plans.
• Ensure safety, equipment maintenance, and shop cleanliness.
• Maintain high quality standards for customer experience and professionalism.
