Job summary

Caliber Collision Cary is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee all aspects of the center's operation, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, and production. The role includes recruiting and retaining staff, monitoring financial performance, and reviewing prior month data to identify opportunities and trends.

The GM will ensure repairs are performed safely, thoroughly, and profitably in line with Caliber SOPs, insurer expectations, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, risk management, metrics, production, and admin tasks.
• Recruit, develop, and retain teammates; monitor financial performance and trends.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs and guidelines.
