Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, drive exceptional customer experience, and ensure daily operations meet policy standards. You will coach staff, manage budgets, forecast sales, and oversee safety and quality across the shop.

Qualified candidates bring post-secondary education or equivalent and proven leadership in a collision repair setting. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong budget planning and financial oversight abilities.
• Ability to coach and empower team members for performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal and informal performance reviews.
• Monitor A/P and A/R related to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide staff training as necessary.
• Ensure safety gear usage and dress code compliance.
• Monitor daily production and delivery dates.
• Lead repair facility personnel and meetings.
