Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, drive exceptional customer experience, and manage day-to-day operations in alignment with company policies. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and quality standards across the shop.

The role requires proven leadership in a collision-repair setting, budget oversight, and strong communication skills to motivate a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to motivate others using effective coaching tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day collision center operations and staff.
• Prepare and manage annual/monthly operating budget.
• Forecast and track monthly sales, profit, and expenses.
• Lead safety and staff meetings and ensure compliance with policies.
