Job summary

Boyd Group is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving daily operations, budgeting, and KPI tracking. You will coach staff, maintain high-quality standards, and lead safety and compliance across the shop floor.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Ability to motivate others using coaching tools and management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional customer experience while leading and maintaining day-to-day operations of the Collision Center.
Coach and empower each team member’s performance and success in their role.
Promote and maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving customers.
Lead by example at all times and ensure staff adhere to policies, safety procedures, and dress code.
Open and close the facility daily and conduct staff meetings to review throughput and delivery dates.
