Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the WOW Operating Way plan across the center.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Maintain shop facilities and safety standards.
• Lead repair facility personnel and conduct safety meetings.
