Job summary

Boyd Group Services in Tampa, FL is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive daily activity, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality standards across the shop.

You will forecast sales and expenses, manage budgets, and supervise performance reviews while aligning with corporate policies. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and hands-on management of a busy repair facility.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others using effective coaching tools and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for all staff as necessary.
• Open and close the facility daily as per established procedures.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
