Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring at our Florida location to lead shop operations, ensuring throughput and high-quality repairs. You’ll assign work to technicians, manage scheduling, and maintain safety and process standards while delivering on KPIs and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, familiarity with collision industry procedures, and proficiency with CCC ONE Total Repair Software; we offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry and insurance procedures.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
• Proficient estimating software experience with CCC ONE Total Repair Software.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop from intake to delivery.
• Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians and prioritize teardown or paint.
• Support teammates during peak times by greeting customers and writing estimates as needed.
• Ensure repairs meet CCC quality standards and accurate billing; uphold PPE for safety.
• Oversee payroll and staffing; manage punch-in/out, PTO, and leave requests.
• Coordinate with Body Techs, Estimator, and Parts Managers to maintain production flow.
• Write DRP complaint estimates after full disassembly and update final estimates.
