Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Shop/Operations Manager to lead the front and back shop, drive revenue, and ensure high-quality, efficient production at a multi-location collision repair operation. You will oversee payroll, staffing, and production flow, while coaching teammates and maintaining I-CAR and brand standards.

The role requires leadership, collision-industry knowledge, and strong estimates experience with CCC ONE. Competitive benefits and performance bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry procedures and insurance carriers.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and collaborate to meet objectives.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Proficient use of estimating software CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
• Proficient with computers and technology.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop for throughput and efficiency.
• Labor assignment and production management; assign repairs to Body Technicians and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Support teammates during peak times by receiving customers, checking-in vehicles and writing estimates as needed.
• Ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-CAR standards; accurate billing and PPE compliance.
• Manage payroll and staffing for weekly payroll processing; track PTO/vacation/leave.
• Coordinate daily production flow with Body Technicians, Collision Estimator, Parts Managers to meet delivery requirements.
• Write DRP-compliant estimates after full disassembly and discovery; update as needed; lock final estimates.
• Recruitment, coaching and development of teammates to align with skills and progression opportunities.
