Job summary

Crash Champions in the United States is seeking an experienced shop operations leader to drive throughput, quality, and customer satisfaction across a multi‑shop network. You will oversee vehicle intake, production flow, estimates, and payroll to ensure KPIs are met and repairs are delivered on time.

The role requires leadership, strong knowledge of estimating software (CCC ONE), and collaboration with technicians, estimators, and parts managers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Collision Industry including high-level insurance procedures.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve successful results.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software, CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
• Proficient with Computers and other technology.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and other KPIs: Manage the front and back of shop from vehicle intake through delivery.
• Labor assignment and production management: Assign repair jobs and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Teammate support: Assist teammates by handling customers, check-ins, and estimates as needed.
• Monitor and attain production goals and standards: Ensure repairs meet quality standards and are billed correctly.
• Complete shop payroll and staffing in a timely manner: Oversee punch-in/out and PTO processes.
• Manage daily production flow: Coordinate with body techs, estimators and parts managers.
• Write DRP complaint estimates when needed and lock final estimates.
• Team acquisition, coaching and development: Interview and hire and provide performance coaching.
