Job summary

Crash Champions in Mechanicsville, MD is seeking an experienced shop leader to oversee front and back of house operations, ensure vehicle intake through delivery meets KPIs, and drive throughput with strong team leadership.

You will assign repairs, coordinate with technicians, write DRP-compliant estimates after disassembly, and monitor quality and safety standards while supporting payroll and staffing needs. Knowledge of CCC ONE is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy auto collision repair shop.
• Ability to plan and drive workflows to hit KPIs.
• Strong scheduling, training, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop to optimize throughput.
• Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Support teammates during peak times by greeting customers, checking in vehicles and assisting with estimates.
• Monitor production and quality standards; ensure accurate billing and PPE compliance.
