Auto Collision Group is seeking a qualified manager to lead our collision shop, ensuring operational performance and exceptional customer service. You will oversee production goals, estimates, and line supervision while maintaining safety and quality standards on every repair.

The role requires experience managing collision shop teams, proficiency with CCC Estimating System, and strong communication with insurers and customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and coach teammates on standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to meet production goals and profitability targets.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and accountability.
• Educate teammates on collision repair standards and processes.
• Oversee estimating, insurance interactions, and repairs progress.
• Manage shop operations per company policies and schedules.
• Perform quality checks before/during delivery to owners.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance across the shop.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; coordinate HR tasks.
