Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee a busy collision repair shop in Florida. You will drive revenue and KPI performance while ensuring high-quality throughput from intake to delivery.

Responsibilities include labor management, assigning work to technicians, and supporting teammates during peak periods. You will ensure accurate estimates, proper PPE, and compliant payroll, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

Knowledge of collision industry procedures and insurance workflows.
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
Ability to lead and collaborate to meet objectives.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Proficient use of CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
Proficient with computers and related technology.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop for throughput and quality.
Assign repair work to technicians and prioritize teardown/paint.
Support teammates during peak times by handling customer check-in and estimates.
Ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-CAR standards; accurate billing and PPE compliance.
Oversee payroll and staffing; manage punch-in/out, PTO, and leave.
Coordinate daily production flow with Body Technicians, Estimator, and Parts Manager.
Prepare DRP-complaint estimates after disassembly and update as needed, lock final estimates.
Hire and coach teammates to support growth and progression.
