Job summary

D's Paint and Body Shop in Peoria Heights, IL, is looking for a General Manager to lead the CollisionRight repair center. You will drive the center's financial performance, operational execution, teammate leadership, and customer experience, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will coach the center team, manage P&L, and partner with regional teams to align on goals, actions, and growth opportunities while building a high-performing, customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership in collision repair or similar.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, budgets, costs experience.
• Demonstrated ability to use KPIs and scorecards to drive results.
• Ability to lead teams and foster a high-performing culture.
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead center performance including P&L, revenue, expenses, and staffing.
• Achieve KPIs by ensuring team training and accountability.
• Review financial results and identify corrective actions.
• Develop action plans with Regional Manager; communicate progress and risks.
• Manage operations to meet quality, safety, and cycle-time goals.
• Foster customer-focused culture and address concerns promptly.
