Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Batavia, IL seeks a General Manager to lead and optimize the collision center’s day-to-day operations. You will coach the team, manage budgets, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while meeting KPI and insurance metrics.

The role requires proven leadership in collision repair, strong communication, and the ability to drive performance through planning, budgeting, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel and safety programs.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and ongoing coaching.
• Monitor A/P and A/R related to the Collision Center and maintain shop standards.
