Job summary

Caliber Collision's Jupiter Service Center on Old Dixie Highway seeks a Collision General Manager to oversee center operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration. This role ensures repairs are performed safely, thoroughly, and profitably in line with Caliber’s SOPs, insurance partners and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with CCC1 software and repair procedures is preferred.

• Lead risk management and safety compliance across the shop.
