Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring to lead shop operations at multiple locations in the U.S. You will oversee vehicle intake through delivery, ensuring throughput, quality and KPI attainment.

You will assign work to body technicians, support teammates, and ensure accurate estimates and payroll processes. Candidates should have collision-industry knowledge, strong leadership and decision-making skills, and proficiency with CCC ONE Total Repair Software.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry including insurance procedures.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively to meet objectives.
• Proficient with CCC ONE Total Repair Software and general computer use.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop ensuring throughput and quality.
• Assign repairs to body technicians and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Support teammates during peak times by greeting customers, checking in vehicles and writing estimates.
• Monitor production; ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-CAR standards and are billed correctly.
• Process payroll and staffing; manage punch-in/out and PTO/vacation for staff.
• Coordinate daily production flow with teams to meet delivery requirements.
• Write DRP-compliant estimates after disassembly and update final estimates.
• Recruit and coach teammates; hire best candidates and provide performance feedback.
