The ideal candidate will oversee estimators, technicians, and staff, ensuring strong CSI scores and smooth insurance/DRP coordination while driving revenue growth nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience as a body shop manager, collision center manager, or lead estimator.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision or automotive environment.
• Strong understanding of collision repair processes and shop operations.
• Ability to manage teams, workflow, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the collision center or body shop.
• Oversee estimators, technicians, painters, and support staff.
• Drive profitability, revenue growth, and shop efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs including cycle time, gross profit, and production output.
• Ensure quality control and proper repair standards.
• Manage insurance relationships and DRP programs.
