Job summary

Desoto Collision Center is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver superior service during the auto repair process in Millington, TN. You will handle phone and in-person inquiries, schedule repairs, and assist customers with vehicle drop-offs and pickups.

Responsibilities include coordinating estimates, billing support, and maintaining accounts receivable while supporting managers and estimators. A valid driver’s license and knowledge of insurance requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience in management of a collision repair shop is required.
• Thorough knowledge of the collision repair industry is expected.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.
• Commitment to ongoing learning (I-CAR) is desired.
• Ability to multi-task in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers by phone or in person, schedule repairs, check in vehicles, and assist in delivering or picking up customers.
• Monitor work volume scheduled for the center.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
• Obtain information from morning admin meetings and follow up on action items to update customers.
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process and explain CSI survey expectations.
• Keep the workspace and reception area clean and organized, and adhere to dress code and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager to ensure efficient operations.
