Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls, direct, or take messages. Distribute mail.
• Schedule appointments, obtain customer and vehicle data for collision center estimators.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the Collision Center, Body Shop's daily operations.
• Assist with rental car.
• Use the highest standard in professionalism with customers, insurance representatives, vendors, and associates.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating comparable to the manufacturer or dealership average.
• Maintain work area in an orderly and clean manner.
