Lou Fusz Kia is seeking a Collision Center Customer Service Representative / Office Coordinator to be the first contact for customers during the collision repair journey, ensuring a smooth, professional experience from drop-off to delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced shop environment, handling scheduling, payments, insurance documents, rentals, and front-office duties.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or office coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
