Quality Collision Group LLC is seeking an Office Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers through the collision repair process and to support daily front-office operations. You will manage repair scheduling, rental coordination, orders, payments, and insurance communications to ensure a professional, organized customer experience.

Competenze

• Knowledge of collision repair orders, customer updates, scheduling, rental coordination, and basic insurance interactions preferred.
• Experience with CCC ONE or comparable collision management software preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Patient, empathetic, professional, and comfortable working with customers during the repair process.
• Organized, process-driven, and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced collision repair team.
• Valid driver's license required.

Mansioni

• Answer incoming calls and greet customers professionally.
• Create and maintain repair orders in the shop management system.
• Schedule repairs, appointments, and rental vehicles.
• Coordinate routine communication with customers, insurers, and internal teammates.
• Process payment receipts and support accounts-receivable follow-up.
• Close repair orders and maintain complete front-office documentation.
• Assist with customer vehicle delivery and final paperwork.
• Prepare or support monthly reporting and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-focused front-office environment.
