Caliber Collision in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a skilled auto body technician to perform precise collision repairs with modern equipment. You will restore vehicles from minor fender benders to full frame reconstructs, ensuring factory specifications and quality finishes.

We offer competitive pay with a weekly flag rate up to $20–$23 per hour, plus career growth, training such as I-CAR and ASE certifications, and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
