Caliber Collision in Riverside, CA is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our team. You will blueprint, repair, and restore vehicles to factory specs, working across fender, frame, and structural components with precision and care.

You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff, adhere to safety standards, and continuously upgrade your skills through I-CAR and ASE training while enjoying comprehensive benefits and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience or more.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Physically fit; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front desk.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from fender to frame rebuilds.
• Work on panel and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit/finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
