You will blueprint, pull, straighten, and reassemble to factory specs, ensuring precision and quality. The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer I-CAR/ASE training, competitive pay, and great benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square up.
• Blueprinting and precise repair methods—no shortcuts.
• Sharp eye for detail: tight bolts, precise welds, clean finishes.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
