You’ll perform comprehensive repairs from dent to frame, using proven methods and industry‑leading equipment, and work closely with painters, estimators, and front office staff to restore vehicles to factory specifications.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No shortcuts; blueprint and repair to plan.
• Strong attention to detail; ensure bolts, welds, tolerances.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑oriented; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish with proper fit.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and coordinate with teammates.
• Contribute to a productive workflow and on‑time vehicle delivery.
