Caliber is seeking skilled auto collision repair technicians to join our Service Center team. You’ll handle full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—using modern equipment and factory specs.

With at least two years of hands-on experience, you’ll blueprint, repair, and reassemble with a sharp eye for detail. We value teamwork, safety, and a no-shortcuts mindset, plus I-CAR/ASE training to help you grow. Competitive pay and day-one benefits await.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square as needed.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tight bolts, precise welds, quality finishes.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and final touches.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
