Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready vehicles.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square, then restore to factory specs.
• A meticulous, no-shortcuts mindset ensuring quality repairs.
• Strong attention to bolts, welds, alignment, and final finishes.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repair plans with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore vehicle geometry.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit/finish for road readiness.
• Work effectively as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
