Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how with factory-spec outcomes.
• Attention to detail with precise repairs and finishes.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute collision repairs with no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair, from minor to frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
