Qualifications

• Two+ years of collision repair experience required.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and tidy work area.
• Coordinate with team including painters and estimators.
