The Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Eagle Lake, FL to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, align chassis, replace parts, and repaint to factory specs, while ensuring work meets time guidelines and quality standards.

Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Ability to read and interpret repair orders with minimal supervision.
Works well with other repairers to complete vehicle repairs.

Responsibilities

Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles using common shop tools.
Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and interior parts.
Weld and fit parts, prep and repaint vehicles to factory specs or equivalent.
Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
