The Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional customer experience. You will inspect, disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring alignment with our speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.
• Thorough understanding of tools and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair damaged parts, glass, or interior components.
• Weld and fit parts; prep and repaint vehicles as needed.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
