The Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide meticulous vehicle repairs and restore pre-accident condition, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, align chassis, replace parts, and ensure repairs meet KPIs while representing the Brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Experience with auto body repair tools and processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare customer estimates; use cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins to repair damage.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and interior parts as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles to factory or agreed standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
