Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Seattle, WA is hiring an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers.

The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs and parts, and work with the team to meet facility KPIs while ensuring clear communication at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills used for estimating and documentation.
• Understanding of DRP processes and insurance guidelines.
• Minimum 1-year experience in an estimating or collision repair role.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and promptly.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information through the repair process.
• Coordinate with insurance providers and customers throughout repairs.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and training sessions as required.
• Support team members across estimating and repair planning activities.
