The Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in overseeing a high-volume collegiate dining and retail operation. You will drive guest experiences, financial performance, and safety standards across residential dining, retail locations, and catering.

You will lead a hands-on team of about 20, including supervisors and hourly staff, develop talent, and uphold hospitality and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 3-5+ years in food service, hospitality or dining operations management.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-location or retail concepts.
• Knowledge of labor cost controls and budgeting.
• Leadership and development of supervisors and hourly staff.
• ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operations across residential dining, retail, and catering.
• Lead operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and safety compliance.
• Coach and develop a team of ~20 staff, including supervisors.
• Manage labor, food cost, purchasing, and controllable expenses.
• Support catering operations for campus events and VIP occasions.
