Job summary

You will help schedule, supervise, coach, and train staff, and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to HACCP and health regulations, and ability to manage inventory, cost controls, and payroll reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field.
• 5 years progressively responsible experience managing a similar food service operation.
• Experience in union environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and supervises the operations team, including managers and staff.
• Ensures facility cleanliness and sanitation to high standards.
• Complies with HACCP and health regulations for food safety.
• Manages scheduling, inventory, and payroll reporting.
• Maintains cost controls and budgeting.
• Coordinates with union contracts and staff scheduling.
