Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a medium- to large-volume food service account. You will lead teams, ensure outstanding hospitality, maintain quality and guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance.

The hands-on role emphasizes developing talent, partner with the General Manager, manage labor and budgets, and uphold food safety and service standards to create exceptional dining experiences.

Qualificações

• Two to four years of progressive food service or hospitality management experience.
• Experience in corporate dining, hotels, healthcare, or high-volume environments.
• Strong operational leadership with purchasing, inventory management, and cost controls.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, labor, and operating expenses.
• Knowledge of food service operations and customer service.
• Proven leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Associate's degree in Hospitality, Business, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades
