Bon Appetit Management Company seeks a Retail General Manager to lead daily operations of multiple campus retail dining locations. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and staff development while upholding Bon Appétit's culinary and service standards.

The role requires a hospitality-focused leader with a track record in high-volume settings, strong people skills, and proficiency with POS and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience in foodservice/retail/hospitality in high-volume setting.
• Strong hospitality mindset with passion for guest service and team development.
• Experience leading and motivating teams in fast-paced operations.
• Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling, payroll, and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail dining locations to ensure service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop frontline associates and supervisors to build a positive team culture.
• Manage labor scheduling and staffing to support business needs while maintaining efficiency.
• Ensure locations meet food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Monitor POS systems, cash handling, and retail technology for accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory controls, cash management, payroll, and operational reporting.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Drive customer engagement and foster campus relationships.
