Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; two years of advising or student success experience.
• Two years of experience in student services at a community college or university.
• Familiarity with Colleague, Skyward or similar student information systems; bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Advise Dual Enrollment students on admissions, onboarding, course selection.
• Interpret assessment results and assist with TSI requirements and other enrollment requirements.
• Maintain a caseload and provide proactive support through monitoring and interventions.
• Coordinate enrollment, scheduling, and collaboration with ISD partners and college departments.
• Present information at orientations, recruiting events, and informational sessions.
