The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience with Ellucian or similar systems, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, education, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with Ellucian or similar student software in a college setting.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to relate to diverse groups of students, faculty, staff, and external constituencies.
• Ability to travel occasionally and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and advising support for dual enrollment and early college students.
• Collaborate with high school administrators, counselors, faculty, and staff to assist students with admission and registration.
• Maintain accurate student advising records and monitor enrollment needs.
• Provide timely outreach and follow-up to support student success.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills in a student-centered environment.
