Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required plus 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Graduate degree preferred plus 1 year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive academic advising and coaching to assist students with program selection, career exploration, degree planning, transfer opportunities, and academic progress.
• Guide enrollment, registration, course selection, and schedule-building; explain curricula, prerequisites, policies, and timelines.
• Provide administrative support for the Concurrent Enrollment program, including processing applications and maintaining student records.
• Offer office support for the Concurrent Office with scheduling, documentation, and communications with high school partners.
• Collaborate with departments, high schools, and community partners to promote student access and success.
