Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least six (6) months of office experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for Welcome Center visitors, calls, and live chat.
• Assist students with admissions, enrollment, registration, applications, program changes, and general College information.
• Review and process admissions documents, residency classifications, and student record holds.
• Assess student needs and refer to advising, career services, counseling, and other campus resources.
• Maintain compliance with residency regulations, tuition exemptions, THECB policies, and FERPA requirements.
• Support Welcome Center operations, including office supplies and administrative tasks.
