Job summary

Encore Global is launching a National College Leadership Program in the United States. The 5-month Manager in Training leads toward Operations Manager or Sales Manager roles across our nationwide venues.

Qualified candidates have a BA/BS and strong communication skills. The program begins this summer; graduates relocate to major markets and join a dynamic, hospitality-focused team with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 4-year college BA/BS required; focus in Hospitality, Business/Management, Communications, Event Management, Theater or related field.
• At least 1 year of related work experience or internships; management/operations/hospitality is a plus.
• Strong interest in a management career with opportunities for advancement.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Effective leadership and customer-satisfaction focus.
• Technical aptitude with openness to new technology.
• Ability to work at a hotel location in major metro markets and relocate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage floor operations to achieve service excellence with a focus on customer service, staff leadership, and performance.
• Guide customers through event experiences, identifying solutions to meet goals and maximize revenue.
