You’ll learn prospecting, strategy development, client meetings, and licensing processes, with ongoing coaching and national resources. The program supports growth toward a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student; juniors or seniors preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity for sales.
• Highly involved on campus (leader, athlete, campus orgs, student government, etc)
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Interest in financial literacy and planning tools.
• Business savvy and desire to increase critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn prospecting and networking to build your client base.
• Develop and execute a business strategy.
• Call on potential clients and set meetings to understand goals.
• Prepare plans and offer useful recommendations.
• Gain exposure to proprietary planning software platforms.
• Engage in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings.
