Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3 years in sales, recruiting, outreach, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year in sales, recruiting, outreach, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency beneficial.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.
• Ability to present to groups and analyze data for counselors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote college pathways and programs to diverse populations.
• Identify target markets, recruit students, and track enrollment progress.
• Develop partnerships with schools, industry, and communities.
• Communicate via text, phone, email to encourage applications.
• Maintain recruitment records using CRM Salesforce and generate reports.
• Deliver campus tours and presentations; support enrollment initiatives.
