Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year technical certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct high school visits in recruitment territory.
• Deliver presentations to prospective students and parents.
• Recruit students through college fairs and on-campus programs.
• Use multiple channels (text, email, web meetings) to answer inquiries.
• Provide admissions counseling and follow-up communications.
• Conduct campus tours and assist with recruitment events.
• Maintain and grow a CRM lead database (JRM/Salesforce-based).
• Collaborate with program chairs, Deans, advisors, and staff.
• Manage branded materials for recruitment events.
• Track events and student interactions in the CRM.
• Other duties as assigned; may change with department needs.
