Job summary

Caine & Weiner is seeking a Collections Trainer to deliver comprehensive training in Farmers Branch, TX, with travel to Denison. The trainer will develop programs, conduct sessions, and assess learning outcomes for new hires and ongoing staff development.

Under the Director of Training, you will design content, measure effectiveness, and collaborate across departments to ensure consistent training standards. Experience in collections and call centers is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in collections.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a classroom training environment.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data to improve team performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Assist in designing and developing training programs, including e-learning modules and workshops.
• Develop and implement assessments to measure training effectiveness and progress.
• Collaborate with the Director of Training to assess training needs and schedule programs.
• Establish systems to monitor employee performance aligned with training objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures during training sessions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees.
