Job summary

Caine & Weiner, a leading accounts receivable management firm, seeks a results-driven Collections Manager to lead our onsite Collections Department in Dallas. You will oversee collections activities, drive policy adherence, and mentor the team to achieve timely payments and high performance.

You will manage mid- to large-balance portfolios, monitor metrics, and implement process improvements while staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Solid collections agency experience.
• 3rd party collections experience.
• Strong leadership abilities with coaching track record.
• Experience managing a remote team of collectors.

Responsibilities

• Achieve collection goals and liquidation targets for mid and large balance portfolios.
• Oversee the collections team; coach on policies and procedures.
• Guide difficult calls and support team members.
• Monitor performance metrics to meet targets.
• Lead quality and process-improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance.
• Involve in hiring and training new staff.
• Analyze client performance and trends to drive improvements.
