Pure Water Partners is seeking an experienced Account Manager (Collections) Team Lead for its Sandpoint office. This on-site, full-time role includes leading a collections team, overseeing KPIs, and implementing strategies to reduce delinquency and improve recoveries.

The position requires 3+ years in accounts receivable/collections, strong leadership, and proficiency with Water Desk, Aspire, and BillTrust. In-house training and career growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and collections.
• 3 years in accounts receivable and team management.
• Proven ability to handle escalated calls professionally.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Water Desk, Aspire, and BillTrust.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues or calls requiring advanced handling.
• Provide daily operational support to Account Managers; ensure adherence to policy, compliance, and quality standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members, as well as ongoing development of existing staff.
• Promote a team environment focused on collaboration, professionalism, and results.
• Help schedule and lead team huddles as needed.
